Arrowhead Center for the Arts celebrates and promotes the arts, artists, and the uniquely creative culture of Minnesota’s North Shore and Arrowhead regions.

 

The Arrowhead Center for the Arts is managed by the school distirct. The Center serves the community and visitors with theatre, music, and an eclectic array of year-round cultural events.

 

Grand Marais Art Colony The longest-lived art colony in Minnesota, the Grand Marais Art Colony, began in 1947 as a summer refuge for artists seeking study in the wilderness

 

The Grand Marais Playhouse is a non-profit community theater dedicated to offering high quality theater and educational opportunities. We value artistic challenge, diversity, community and collaboration.

 

North House Folk School, a non-profit supported primarily through memberships, is also the community gathering place for live music and dances, potlucks, films, festivals, ski swaps, boat auctions, baking outdoors in the firebrick oven
